Tee-tee everywhere.

I have written about Caroline's independence.

I've had enough.

"I do it!"

She insists on doing EVERYTHING for herself.

I hate being in a rush.

It never fails that when I am... she has to put her own shoes on.

You can give her no help.

I had to run to my Mom's one morning and Caroline insisted on putting her shoes on.

She did.

They were on the wrong feet.

She also wore just her big girl pants.

Imagine us... mom with daughter in underwear and crocs on the wrong feet.

Cuteness!

(PS- SHE DOESN'T SMILE FOR PICTURES ANYMORE EITHER SO IN MOST OF MY NEW PICTURES SHE LOOKS LIKE A DEER IN HEADLIGHTS... AGAIN... CUTENESS)

Anyway, if you help her... she will scream... bloody murder.

Her new independence is the potty.

She insists on going to the potty by herself.

She wants to do the whole routine on her own.

Last week we had two accidents because of it so the whole "potty I do it" mess is over.

Once she stood up in the middle of tee-teeing to "see" and then she also tee-teed on the rug (because she was trying to unbutton her shorts... as if they don't just pull down).

It was sweet.

Tee-tee everywhere.

If only she were this independent about sleeping on her own!

Yup, looks like a two year old.

But potty independence? That is amazing. I have never experienced that one personally.
