Carpool

Caroline is dramatic.

I have NO idea who she gets it from.

She likes Kindergarten but according to her on Friday afternoon she was "NEVER going back to Kindergarten EVER!"

Dramatic AND emotional.

After drop off in the morning, I need a nap.

Anyway... Friday morning, I walked her into class and she ripped my shirt down exposing my bra to a classroom full of Kindergartners and parents. It was one of my prouder moments as a parent.

Today she cried and began crawling up my leg so I threw her at her teacher and ran out the door without so much as a "have a good day!". Talk about feeling like a fabulous parent.

So, now on Thursday she has to begin walking to class by herself.

I will have to drive through the carpool lane, she will have to get out of the car and walk to class by herself.

I have been trying to prepare her.

She is totally going to show her ass and I am prepared for that as well.

I just hate it.

I know she can do it.

I am not concerned about her finding her class.

I am concerned about her getting out of the car without ripping someones face and/or shirt off.

And to be quite honest, I don't really feel like seeing the carpool worker's boobs.

So, for those of you at our elementary school... calm your nervous systems Thursday. Do NOT beep the horn at me when I hold up the line because I KNOW I will be holding up the line.

I have a 5 year old emotional nutjob and I'm not afraid to send her to take you down.

Consider yourself warned.
